Cosmopolitan DMC was operating with a fractured digital presence, split across three separate domains that diluted their traffic and confused potential customers. This fragmentation was compounded by a visual identity that felt outdated and inconsistent—relying on informal "comic-style" typography and a disjointed color palette. We streamlined the user path by consolidating the previous domain sprawl into a concise, dual-site structure, that actually feels to the user as a singular experience. Beyond the architecture, we prioritized a rigorous overhaul of the UI/UX. We engineered the new sites for speed and search visibility (SEO) while implementing advanced filtering logic. This allows users to effortlessly sift through vast travel options, transforming a previously overwhelming process into an intuitive, high-speed booking experience.

The original brand identity relied on an eclectic mix of colors and informal, comic-style typography that mismatched the quality of the services offered. FWRD executed a strategic "mini rebrand" to introduce necessary visual maturity. We stripped away the inconsistency, replacing it with a refined logo, a cohesive modern color palette, and professional typography. The result is a clean, trustworthy aesthetic that aligns perfectly with the expectations of international travelers.

Advertising

Complementing the organic SEO improvements, we executed a dual-pronged advertising strategy. We set up and managed Google Display campaigns dedicated to both the ‘Transfers’ and ‘Packaged Holidays’ sectors.
