Overview

Eleven Zero was born on the uneven surfaces of Pan Am Park, Austin, and forged by a pure desire to play. Not for rankings, but for the drive to improve. 

A premium sportswear and equipment brand, EZ needed a digital presence that matched the aspirations of their name, a reference to the cleanest score in their sport of focus, pickleball. 

FWRD partnered with founders Brian Kerr and Camila Zilveti to translate this authentic, court-tested philosophy into a dominant brand ecosystem.

In a market flooded with casual backers, Eleven Zero needed to cut through the noise as a performance-driven authority. Possessing a high-quality, court-tested product, EZ lacked the digital infrastructure to scale from local courts to a national audience. Our mission as a partner was to polish their gritty Austin roots into a premium aesthetic that resonates with serious players.

The name "Eleven Zero" implies perfection. Mirroring the "clean score" mentality, FWRD built a visual identity that would match the premium standard of the brand ethos.

  • Visual Language: We replaced chaotic industry aesthetics with a sharp, athletic color scheme and geometric patterns that suggest motion and accuracy.
  • Tone of Voice: A confident, grounded voice celebrating Eleven Zero’s gritty origins while promising pro-level performance.
  • Assets: From social media templates to digital campaigns, every marketing asset reinforces that this gear is "earned, not given."

MARKETING

FWRD’s marketing strategy for Eleven Zero creates a loop of acquisition and retention, leveraging both direct-to-consumer power and marketplace dominance.

  • Amazon Strategy: We built and currently manage EZ's entire Amazon presence, handling both the frontend store design and the backend logistics. Our management of Amazon Ads ensures high visibility in a competitive category.
  • CRM (Klaviyo): We implemented sophisticated email flows and campaigns designed to nurture the community. From welcome series to post-purchase education, we ensure every customer feels part of the Eleven Zero team.
  • Paid & Organic: We support ongoing growth with targeted paid media strategies while providing the creative fuel for organic social engagement.
